Our Company, Arun Auto Spring Mfg. Co., is one of the leading manufacturing unit of spring leaves in Gujarat and only unit of this type in Saurashatra. The Company was established in the year 1971 in Morbi, Gujarat and Branch Office was set up in Kolhapur, Maharashtra in the year 1994. The Company is managed under the proprietorship of Mr. Arun Vora, Mechanical Engineer.

Our assemblies are guaranteed for 15000 Kms. for retaining its Camber. Because of this our product is widely accepted all over the country by a very wide section of Trailer Manufacturers in the States of Gujarat, Maharashtra and Karnataka. We also export our product to U.K., Indonesia, USA, Ethiopia, Slovakia etc.

The company has installed best facility for manufacturing of all types of leaf springs and agriculture implements, The equipments like West German make Eye Forming, Ends Tapering, Parallel Grinding and Riechter make Brinell Hardness testing machines. The basic manufacturing facilities which have got maximum importance in manufacturing of spring leaves is in the following operations :

a. Heat Treatment.

b. Load Testing.

The entire process is consisting of many operations and quality control is required at all stages, but the major operations which decide the performance of the spring are described in short.

Heat Treatment :-

The company has installed furnaces with Automatic Temperature controller, having controlling range of +1%. This ensures proper Heat Treatment of material. Proper Heat Treatment is the heart of Springs and we ensure it fully to give best service life. Moreover we have installed Eco friendly burners to get cleaner environment.

Scrag Test:-

The company is having sound experience and technical ability for processing of various alloy steels. This results in meticulous inspection at each and every stage. Rigorous final inspection is carried out for each spring.

The company is also manufacturing pressed and hot forged agricultural Parts such as Reversible Plough Blade, Reversible Plough Bar Point, Mini Rotovator Blades, Chaff Cutter Blade, Shrader Blade and has proved its expertise. The company is managed under proprietorship of Mr Arun Vora who is having vast experience in this field.
